teaching schedule

My teaching schedule usually consists of individual private one hour classes. I encourage students to attend on a weekly basis but a few are bi-weekly and out of town students may come every month. I teach three evenings each week Monday through Wednesday with classes at 7.00, 8.00 and 9.00 PM. Saturday classes are also available. My classes are open to all levels, from beginners with no prior musical training to advanced level players and up to the Masters level. Classes should be scheduled at least one week in advance and slots are limited. Each year we are fortunate to host Yoshio Kurahashi Sensei for a week long intensive. Kurahashi visits usually in February and sometimes during the Summer also. His class schedule will be posted as soon as it is arranged and classes are open to all levels including absolute beginners. In addition to the visits by Kurahashi Sensei I also hold intensive classes periodically and this is a great opportunity for all my students to spend time with one another.
